complain because the AC is not cold, then the staff responded, it turned out it could not be fixed and was given a replacement room with a functioning AC and the same room size plus a reward of freshly cut fruits directly by the hotel manager accompanied by 2 staff with a direct apology from them. very good service in my opinion. thumbs up for the manager and staff of the grand inna hotel

4 days 3 nights staycation, very comfortable, quiet... spacious & comfortable room.. breakfast tastes good.. and the menu changes every day.. check in / check out is fast.. good service.. just need to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the building & rooms.. the rest is ok..

staying here is very pleasant. I booked a royal deluxe room for 2 nights. Asked for a city view, but it was already sold out because check in was late afternoon. So I got a pool view. It's no less good. The room I booked was in the new building at the front, the top floor 751 is spacious with a connecting door. All parts of the room are nice, clean and modern. Unlike what people say, the room is bad because it's an old hotel. Maybe what they said was the position of the old building which used to be the Boer Hotel. The only downside is that none of the lights in the room are bright. And the TV is all broadcasts are squishy. Can't watch it. But it's still okay. The room is not scary at all. For hotel facilities, everything is complete, from room equipment, the swimming pool can be used from 6 am to 6 pm. The breakfast is quite varied like a 4-star hotel. The food is also delicious overall. The hotel staff are all very friendly, from the gardener, housekeeping, security, bellboy, receptionist, waitress, chef, etc. all of them really prioritize guests. it feels so comfortable staying here. I want to always come back for a staycation here.
