Susah dijelasinnya, dari segi lokasi strategia banget, dari luar oke banget, staf hotel jg ramah banget. Tp begitu naik ke atas, sepanjang koridor atau lorong bocor lembab, berjamur. Masuk kamar, kamarnya oke, tapi sesuai gambar, dan lembab sekali. Alhasil, berhubung bocah alergi lembab, langsung cari hotel lain. Kalau bisa diperbaiki soal bocornya, pasti oke banget. Secara kamar tematiknya sudah menarik

the hotel staff were very welcoming and I really liked the vibe of the hotel. The room was clean but the view I had was a parking lot which was a little dissapointing. The TV had a lot of great movie options but it had no subtitles which I wish they had. The pool looked amazing and the breakfast was decent.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the room is big and very clean. They have so many facilities especially for kids, small water boom, big swimming pool, also gym, sauna & steam, among great facilities. We will be back 👍

Good choice with family. Room space is very spacious and the pool they also have a beach.

Great hotel. This hotel is especially good for young families. Even though my wife and I are 70 we had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

If I ever come to Bali again, I will definitely stay here again because I am very satisfied.

Everything is okay. It's just that initially I couldn't stay on that date because there was a disaster, the hotel contacted the hotel to reschedule and asked to contact Traveloka. Kudos to Traveloka for trying, but the hotel said the reschedule couldn't be considered (even though the reason was force majeure/disaster), even though I had informed Traveloka that there was a difference in rates and had to add, there was no problem. But still, the hotel couldn't consider it.

First time staying at Hard Rock Bali with family and it was amazing experience. All staff were helpful. Big thanks to the security guard at the gate who were welcoming us during arrival, this is shown us the true hospitality all about, and the way they talk was proof that they're well trained and they love their jobs. Concierge, frontdesk, room attendant, pool guy, restaurant & bar team were professional and service level is just above and beyond. Will be back very soon.

The only drawback is…. During breakfast, you have to queue for a long time to get a table….

Kamar nya bersih, staffnya ramah dan menyenangkan, untuk keluarga dan anak anak cocok, ada jemurannya di balkon dan sofabednya sangat nyaman, ini sangat membantu bagi yang bawa anak. Overall aku bakal balik nginap lagi di sini.

Parking for mothers should have a valet who doesn't help in parking the car.

Makanannya kurang variasi bubur kurang variasi.

Untuk hotel sekelas ini dan dengan harga ratenya, menu sarapannya ga ok banget, 3 hari menginap menunya ga pernah berubah dan rasanya biasa saja. Untuk tambahan biaya anak usia 14 tahun cukup mahal dengan fasilitas tidak dapat extra bed hanya dapat sarapan yang menunya biasa saja.

Lorong wing 4 bau, dan kualitas kamar ga sebanding dengan harga kamar di traveloka yang di atas 2.5 jt (romantis 4216). Kamar mandi juga kalo shower nyala air melebar ke luar ga ada pintu ruang shower.

Fully recommended. Selalu menyenangkan menginap di sini. Fasilitas dan pelayanannya luar biasa excellent. Next time ke Bali pasti menginap di sini lagi.
