comfortable, sound asleep, thumbs up mantepppp the most important thing is I got a very fast service moved room allowed early check in, check in at 7 am check out time is also still at 12 and it's FREE Thanks Pakons. 2 very enjoyable days staying there

the lower parking area is very smelly. please pay more attention to the basement or lower parking area. because guest parking is not only in front of the lobby.

The room size is spacious and very clean. The facilities are very good, the location is very strategic, access to anywhere is very close, including looking for food outside the hotel and the mini market is very close. The airport is very close, only 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly.

The cleanliness is lacking, also the towel rack is broken, the water drain is clogged, plus it is close to various places.

Sometimes small insects come out of the bathroom into the room, but overall I am satisfied.

The AC is not cold enough, please fix it🙏🏻☺️

The room is not intended to be given to guests like a spare room and the AC is not cold, it is very disappointing for a 4-star hotel 😭😭😭

The room is not clean, especially the bathroom, oh my. The swimming pool is hilarious, this time I stayed at a swimming pool using a tarpaulin and it was so dirty. LOL, hilarious. My child doesn't want to swim. Please fix the swimming pool

For the first time staycation at Pakons, OMG enough first and last stay at Pakons, even then I had to stay overnight because my husband was tired of driving back from out of town. Check in at 12 midnight when I arrived when I was about to enter the parking area there was a puddle of water because it had just rained so it was a bit muddy, the parking area was also quite dirty with lots of garbage scattered around. to the front desk it turned out the Front Desk was not staying there, so I had to wait a while. Entering the room area smelled musty, there was no fragrance at all. The bathroom did not have a glass door, so when I took a shower the water went everywhere making the bathroom muddy. As far as I know Pakons is a new hotel but why does it look like a dirty hotel 😓 it seems the management is not aware of cleanliness.

For hotel management, please pay attention to room cleanliness.

If you get a room on the 9th floor, even though it's the top, it's noisy because there's a music event up there. But the view to Cisadane is nice at night.

It's comfortable, especially because it's close to everywhere. The downside is that it's hard to park when it's crowded.

I'm used to staying here so it's okay, for breakfast on Saturday morning you can only order 1 menu.
