good property, poor hospitality

Nice and very comfortable, but unfortunately there is a kitchen but there is no equipment like a spoon to work on a glass plate and no pan. So the kitchen should be able to use but because the equipment is not there so no don't use.

The place is pleasant, quiet, and clean. So worht it!

It's best to accidentally come here because this is the closest to the office, but the rooms are amazing. beyond expectations 😍

A nice place for staycation. the rooms are in accordance with the photos, all good. What needs to be improved is that the edge of the floor (or its name) is not sticking so it can be dangerous, and then the towel has a small hole (gasempet foto), wakarta wak. Will def stay here again!

Bad attitude of the receptionist. Bad cleaning service. We took family room with kids so in the morning we need to borrow broom to clean the room ourselves. They didn't let us borrow the broom, but not cleaning the room too. Impolite, unfriendly, all the staff. They make the great family room felt nothing but disastrous experience for the whole family!!!

The room smelled bad because of smoke. We waited hours til our family room got cleaned up. We wanted to borrow broom, the staff didn't let us but not get cleaned until noon. Bad reception skill. All the staff should be trained nor replaced otherwise make the great room of the hotel feel like nothing

Bad staff, bad receptionist guy attitude, bad service. Unpleasant, impolite, unfriendly. Bad housekeeping service and attitude. Don't the owner train their staff?

The hotel is for sure not bad. Tapiiiiii access to the hotel is super great! Through the super small alley, only fit 1 car. When it arrived, I got lost into a small alley area (dangerous if it was papasan) and it got lost, it turned out I had missed the hotel 3 times, only because there wasn't adequate lighting + in the super mini alley it didn't turn around, it had to ask people around many times.

The interior of the room is nice and the environment is not crowded on the side of the road. Will be back.

The wifi cannot be used. Even though I stayed because of my duty.

The price is quite expensive but the quality of service is not satisfactory, maybe because we look like we have never been to a hotel, the design of the bathroom is also strange, there is no tissue, there is no coffee maker, there is a light bulb, all my life we get service like this and only this time we also give comments that are not good like this ...

The location of the hotel is inside, the lighting is inadequate, the lights are dim, the conditions of the rooms are far from the pictures, small and thin towels. Far below hotel standards, no water heaters, narrow rooms. The reception service is also not 24 hours. Have to wait a long time to check out.
