The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. It is highly recommended for stay and business. The food in the restaurant is also delicious.

The price is quite affordable and the service is very good. Unfortunately the parking is a bit narrow and the lobby is not accessible by car.

Overall kind of fun and okay. Highlight: check-in time. 14:00 WIB became 15:38 WIB. And please fix the mini refrigerator because it's not cold at all. My child put ice choco in it at night and drank it in the morning, so he had a stomach ache. Thank you.

Comfortable and affordable hotel, unfortunately the parking is limited and the lobby is closed so you have to go in and out through the basement.

Because it was festive season, the room we booked was fully booked and finally we were upgraded for free! Thank you. None of the food here failed. They were all crazy delicious.

For the location of the hotel is very strategic close to the souvenir center & if you want to find food around the hotel is very easy. For the hotel staff are very friendly and kind from the front office to the restaurant ☺️ but it is very unfortunate for the pillowcases, sheets and bed covers in the room I occupied were very dull and shabby 🥺.

Easy Checkin, Comfortable Room, Lobby is not so big but aesthetic

No complain! Nice hotel to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Assisted with early check in because I happened to bring a toddler so I needed a room immediately. The room is okay, clean, good bed, good facilities, complete amenities. Strategic location. The rooftop cafe is also a must-visit. The only minus is the very limited car parking area, it seems like it can only fit 6 cars in the basement but I'm happy because there are officers who help with valet. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay at Artotel Semarang.

Nice hotel in the middle city of semarang, need improvement on food

The hotel did not meet expectations, the rooms were like boarding houses, the lobby was narrow, the parking lot was also narrow.

Want to rest overnight enjoying a hotel room, and thought of choosing this one hotel. In the hotel there is also a painting exhibition by Sri Lestari Pujihastuti which will last until January 25, 2025. So, if you want to stay in a hotel in the middle of the city, and also want to find inspiration from works of art, then this hotel is the place. The entrance to this hotel is from the basement, and to get to the front desk you have to go via the elevator. There are officers who are ready to help, including pushing wheelchairs if guests use them. I checked in and got the room key, and was also helped to push the wheelchair. In this area, there is a restroom for the public including for wheelchair users. Here there is a Fat Elephant restaurant and another one on the rooftop, but it only opens in the afternoon. I checked in and got a card for room no. 906 which is very close to the elevator. When I entered, I really liked the room, there was a mural on the wall of the room, there was a coffee machine; part of the amenities that also functions to boil hot water (I only found out when I asked the front desk). There is also a sofa to relax while watching TV. The bathroom and toilet and sink are directly in one, near the entrance. Soap and shampoo are available, towels and toothbrushes are also complete. I ordered spaghetti to eat together in the room, the portion is quite good, the taste is also ok, creamy enough. IMHO, the location is in the middle of the city, close to coffee shops and also places to eat. The service is also good.

the room is not as I imagined, I thought the bed would be big but yesterday I got a twin bed that was put together so my body was sore when I slept. 😭
