I was checking in late and arrived at 1 AM. The receptionist said my registration ID was not on their system. After I chatted with the app the next morning, the receptionist said my booking was from ticket. Com and he apologized for that missing.

This hotel had a great location. The staff are very friendly, easy to check in and check out. Near the hotel, there are so many food stalls you'll never be hungry, and the prices are cheap. But the hotel room is not soundproof. That's the minus.

Close to everywhere, MRT TRX exchange, close to Bukit Bintang, close to KLCC, basically the best, friendly prices.

I stayed for 2 days, comfortable. Can check in early. Receptionist is very helpful.

The staff are all friendly from the receptionist, security guard, and umbrellas are provided to be borrowed when it rains. There is a dispenser under the lobby to refill water too. Around there are many foods next to the hotel, right next to many supermarkets, the prices are also ok. Nice hotel 👍

Strategic location between pavilion (300m) & trx mall (200m). The room is clean, only the room size is quite small and not soundproof but still comfortable for resting. The staff are friendly and like to greet you. Prayer mats are available in the room, you can refill water and borrow a hairdryer, There are ironing facilities on each floor. Close to sevel. Delicious nasi kandar across from the hotel (for muslims) and a seafood restaurant that is always busy next to the hotel (non halal)

4 nights stay here, I feel very satisfied with the service of the staff 🥰 This hotel is very strategic, very close to the pavilion !! everywhere is also good access and of course close to the Bukit Bintang MRT 🥰 The staff are friendly, every time they see us they always greet and smile, also free refills of drinking water as much as you like, and also a favorite spot on the rooftop on the 5th floor 😍 Wow, the view is crazy, it's not inferior to other 5-star hotels! Next time I go to KL, I want to stay here again 😍 I swear it's really worth it, the environment is clean, it's comfortable
