The check-in process was very fast, the hotel location is close to the mall and submarine museum, easy access, the room is clean, but coincidentally in the room I stayed in room 709, the shower head was broken, so the water that came out was not directed where it should be. The rest is ok.

Strategic Hotel Location, there is a rooftop swimming pool with a nice view, friendly service, comfortable rooms.

I was a bit disappointed when I ordered a double bed on the app but it said only twin beds were available so I had no choice but to get a twin bed. The wifi was slow.

we checked in at 12.00 midnight, when I was going to sleep I saw a stain on the top mattress. reddish brown, I already suspected this would be a problem I was afraid when I checked out, because I was tired, it was already midnight, so I went straight to bed and forgot the next day. when I checked out, I was asked to pay Rp. 125,000, it was too much. Be careful friends who want to check in at this hotel, you have to take pictures of all the places

A very kids friendly hotel with a beautiful pool because you can swim while enjoying the beauty of Surabaya city.. all the staff are friendly and very helpful.. the rooms are comfortable and clean.. happy to be able to staycation with my beloved family at The Life Styles Hotel Surabaya🥰

The sink was clogged, the information was given 3 times until they got angry before they came. There were no TV batteries. The Wi-Fi couldn't connect.

Overall, I stayed for 3 days and it was pretty good. The room was quite clean, but there was no shampoo. The first day we were offered to clean the room or not, because we didn't go out so it wasn't cleaned. But the second day we went out in the afternoon, the room wasn't cleaned. Do we really have to request to clean the room? Breakfast lacks variety, standard taste. Whereas for the menu in the cafe there are many variations and the taste is good. The staff is not responsive in refilling food, so there are guests who have to wait for rice to be cooked, side dishes run out. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

Parking space is tight but valet assists.

when in room 1215 the bathroom smelled and was stuffy

the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful for early check in when we arrived early. we stayed during the fasting month and ordered food at night and during sahur the food was delivered to the room by the hotel staff. we swam in the morning but unfortunately the pool was dirty from the previous night's event and was not cleaned immediately. overall clean and comfortable.

This is the third time I have transited Gubeng before continuing to Banyuwangi and stayed here. Maa syaa Allah, I have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, the receptionist is super friendly and polite. The room is clean and cool The strategic location is very good for culinary, walking around, to the submarine museum, to the Surabaya plaza, oh my, it's really satisfying. Before check-in time we waited at the PI Sungai place where the air was cool and fresh... Requesting a connecting room was also provided There is only one drawback, the prayer room at the basecamp is not well maintained 🥺 Over all, I am always satisfied staying here.
