Staying here for the umpteenth time. Good service, spacious room, only the bathroom is not so pleasant. I was in room 139, the shower water was spraying out, so taking a shower was not satisfying. No shampoo provided and the bathroom smell was not good. Breakfast was minimalist, but quite delicious.

Second time staying here, the atmosphere is comfortable with good service from the staff who are also friendly. The receptionist named Ryegi did not hesitate to provide information when I wanted to extend my stay at the hotel. The hotel facilities are quite complete plus there is a water park that can be an option for families and children.

Room amenities that should have been there, but had to be requested first. Slow response, already reported to the receptionist several times, the bathroom area was mossy as if it was rarely cleaned.

The staff is very friendly, but the cleanliness of the room and facilities should be improved. There are dirty stains on the bed cover, the bathroom smells and can't be closed from the outside, there are no hotel slippers, no telephone, so you have to walk a long way to the front office.
