Uncomfortable at night, disturbed by the sound of the emergency alarm.

Always back to this hotel. Stay in here many times and never get bored. The bed so comfy and clean, Located in the middle of macalister streets, easy to find foods, atm, drugs store, near from hospitals, etc.

Friendly and responsive hotel staff

The hotel is nice, in the middle of the city, only parking is difficult, the rooms are cool and minimalist, only the TV channels are bad 😁, the amenities are okay, I'm satisfied, God willing I'll come here again with the kids, highly recommended.

I had the most pleasant stay here for 2 nights. Quite spacious living room and there is microwive inside. And there is TV in every bedroom and in the living room. Good value for money

Try to improve the cleaning service and most importantly pay attention to the attitude of the cleaning service to be more polite and better. Even though the others are okay. Only the cleaning service is lacking.

The room is spacious, it's big. The staffs are really kind and friendly, and the hotel room is clean. However, the television channel is always buffering, I don't know it was wifi connection problem or something else, it's not comfortable to watch the television if it keeps on buffering every 10 seconds. And the air conditioner is right above the bed, it is under our face when we are sleeping and it gets really cold, we could catch a cold, we could get sick if the air conditioner is placed right above our head. And the toilet spray bidet is placed in the left side of the toilet, so for right handed person it's not convenient to use it.

I have an awesome stay here in Macalister Hotel by PHC. It 's my second time here, the room is great, so comfortable yet clean. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Penang 🥰.

Excellent location, near convenient stores and Watson. Plenty of local food. The room is different from pre Covid. But still nice room.
