Please allow us to explain that, in line with favehotel’s concept, we do not provide dining utensils in the room and apply a borrowing policy with a nominal fee as a measure to protect our assets. However, in your case, we were happy to make an exception and provided your requested items free of charge as part of our service commitment.
Regarding the room being found open, we deeply regret the oversight. Our team has conducted an internal evaluation and reinforced procedures with the Housekeeping department to ensure such an incident does not happen again in the future.
