spacious and clean room, soft mattress and carpet. there is a refrigerator but it is not cold. got a room on the 6th floor, the best view, open the window, the view of Mount Ceremai. the location is also easy and not congested. next time I go to Cirebon, I will stay at Patra again

All get 5 stars. Except the bathroom, it smells a bit like sewer when using the shower and the bidet closet is too tight.

Recommended to stay here if you go to Cirebon, Ms. Fanny, the front line staff is friendly, the room is as requested facing Mount Ciremai and there is an air purifier.. you won't regret staying at this hotel..

The hotel is very good for business trips or for families, the food is also delicious.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly..not far from the souvenir and culinary shopping center..the room is comfortable, so I don't feel like leaving the hotel..it's really comfortable to be in this hotel 💕

The hotel is good..it's a shame it's noisy with people jumping and banging on the walls..it's very noisy and disturbing..the water in the bathroom takes a long time to drain so it's a bit annoying.

Alhamdulillah, it is right next to the mosque. So if it is close during Friday prayers, just walk.

The swimming pool is great, you can see the view of Cirebon city.

The hotel is close to the mall and is clean, great.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and it was very comfortable, close to everywhere. The food was delicious. I ordered the room service every night.

It was our first time to stay at Patra Hotel Cirebon, even though we have visited the city many times but stayed at a few different hotels. We were amazed with the grandeur of the lobby, food taste and selections were very good during breakfast, the room was superb, therefore, we will stay at Patra Hotel again when we visit Cirebon next time.

The downside of our room is the bathroom whose water flow is not designed properly so it stagnates and the existence of ceramics behind the shower area makes it look dirty. The room is very okay, comfortable.
