Non windows and bad internet connections.

The room is ok, the service is ok, but the aircond is not cold, when I try to check, it is full of dust inside, I feel like sleeping in the heat, I want to change the room, it's late, I'm already trying to unload the room with the little one. I hope the hotel is diligent aircond service, satisfied cust pay but the aircond is hot.

Coffee & toiletries provided for 2 pax only instead of 4 pax. Only 1 mirror placed in the washroom, no mirror in the room. Air conditioner not cool.

Room is very basic and match with the cheap price. However, the check in time stated in the app was 2pm. I got there early for check in since I have a baby. The reception told me that the check in time supposedly at 3pm. I don't know who to blame because the information stated in the app is not right. After all the considerations (since I have a baby with me) the reception give me room at 2pm (cannot check in earlier that that). Secondly, I booked two Family deluxe room with the same price but the room size were both different. One is smaller than the other one (room 317 and 318) Water dispenser and iron only available at ground floor.

The room is comfortable, just a little small .. if mlm is the best area here ... I want to eat just walk to the food truck ... n can bw ank2 play balloon around PD waterfront Beach ... sgt² strategic this place .. .

Great hotel is indeed a recommendation for choice. Suitable for families and couples. Friendly staff and provide 5 star service ... There is room for discussion and making assignments using a laptop. Best plug and Hotel facilities. Well done.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, well worth the price. The staff is polite. God willing, we will repeat again if we go to PD.

It's a quiet 3-floor-hotel in a row of shop lot. The location is good. There are supermarket and restaurants (Kenny Rogers, McDonald's, Papa Rich, Starbucks etc.) in walking distance. There are many parking lots in front of the hotel which no need to reserve first. The cleanliness should be improved. I found some hairs and dust on the floor. There was no slipper in the room, better prepare yourself. I booked triple room, but there were only 2 cups in the room. The kettle was rusty. No refrigerator. There were shampoo, body shampoo, 2 toothbrush and other basic amenity. No hair conditioner. The bathroom had a bad smell may be because there was no window inside it. Overall, the price is reasonable and you'll get what you pay.
