Extremely warming receptionist and security, room was excellent and also the facilities

booked a room with breakfast, but when I arrived at the restaurant at 9 am, all the food was gone. This management is unprofessional. Even though I booked 2 rooms, I couldn't have breakfast, and there was no etiquette from the waiter to offer any food.

Came here after returning from Europe.. could soak for days.. Very clean place, very nice.. comfortable bed.. smart tv.. there is a kitchen.. spacious room.. friendly and very helpful staff.. there is a bath tub.. there is also a dining table.. complete amenities.. too bad the hot water only lasts for a short time.. I will definitely come here again with my family if the price is right and doesn't go up again, highly recommended, thank you Traveloka Hotel, please keep the hotel staff friendly ❤️❤️❤️❤️

strategic location, clean room, but noisy with the next room that plays music too loud. already complained to the receptionist about the next room, the receptionist responded, immediately turned it off. but the next morning at 6 am, the noisy song from the next room (208) was repeated again, making people unable to sleep. the hotel has no problem, the only problem is with the next room that has no empathy for its surroundings

I really like the concept of this all in hotel. Next time I have work in Jakarta, I will stay here again. Calming, clean and spacious

The most comfortable accommodation around Kebayoran Baru. Service is good and parking is sufficient. The rooms are quiet, there is a kitchen, and complete with a safe box in the room.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions and have always found myself wanting to stay again. Nagomi has great value and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The balconies are also a nice touch so you can breathe some fresh air outside your room. The hospitality staff are also very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved it. Impeccable service and folks on front desk and security went above and beyond when it comes to provide comfort and convenience. Always ready at times to help, be it to get the baggage and open the lift, helping me navigate through things, or even just answering some simple questions to clarify things up. Room was great, spacious, and full of great stuff. The balcony and the city view is neat to look at. Bed is really, really, really comfy! The bathtub is quite huge and it felt really nice to have a bath there. Lots of drawers and cupboard. It's lovely that I could cook a bit. Breakfast was tasty and the view during breakfast up there at sixth floor is aesthetic. Waiter was friendly and helpful in many ways. When you look at their rating, of course you have skepticism and suspicion, but believe me, this is one of the best value-for-quality place to stay I can think of. Great stuff overall!
