It seems like the room needs renovation, the AC is leaking, the walls are seeping, there is an unpleasant smell in the room and pillows, and there are small cockroaches in the room running around. There are no face tissues in the room. Hopefully this will be considered in the future.

The room conditions were damp, there were lots of small insects, the drain was clogged, the towels were not clean and had lots of stains, there were no sandals, there was no electric kettle, the AC was not cold, the walls were peeling, there were spots on the blanket, some of the room lights were off.

There are lots of small insects like cockroaches in the room, the room is damp, you don't get slippers like most hotels, and the bathroom drain is clogged.

Please improve the cleanliness, there is underwear left behind, it makes my husband and I misunderstand each other

The room smells, the sheets have black stains that haven't been removed, it's really uncomfortable. When I arrived, I was stared at because I was wearing a hijab, it turns out I chose the wrong hotel, it doesn't match the photo in the app with the real thing 🤦🏻‍♀️

The room smells, there are lots of cockroaches, check out at 1 pm and the 100 RB deposit was immediately forfeited, when checking in I was not informed that checking out at 1 pm would be charged, I was informed when it was already past 12 pm. I will not stay again, a hotel like that will cost me 400 RB. I immediately moved to 101 urban, the hotel is cheap, clean, no smell, no cockroaches, and the rooms are also complete.

This is my third stay at this hotel, affordable price with nice facilities.

There are many spots on the badcover. And I don't know I feel itchy. But for the place the facilities are quite good. It's just about cleanliness
