The sweetest homestay, located by the lake on a quiet peaceful street. The hosts are sweet kind and welcoming, and give you the best experience. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We loved this guest house. The hosts could not have been nicer, our room was very comfy and had special touches which added to the sense of being spoilt, the pool was great - and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous. A well-located and lovely stay!

We stayed there for two nights in December. The family also manages the Ruby and cozy garden, which are connected to the lavender's homestay. Cozy Garden is the most recent addition and sells great coffee! We were welcomed warmly by the family and the room was really great, like on the pictures. Lots of amenities, free water bottles which will be renewed everyday, the towels as well. For breakfast you can choose between 3 options, shakshuka with fresh bread, omelette with fresh bread or pancakes. All come with fresh pineapple, cucumber and bananas. We could also get a coffee and choose between passion fruit or pineapple juice. Definitely try the shakshuka, it's eggs boiled in a fruity and hearty tomato sauce with garlic. It was really tasty! The son also helped us in organising a transport to the airport and we made use of the bikes provided there to get to some attractions. The location is really perfect, it's in the more cozy section of Tam Coc, so you're a bit away from the main street but reach all the things in a minute! Definitely recommended, we felt welcomed and taken care of an had a great stay there. If we go to Tam Coc again we will stay there again!

Past reviews says the couple provided good breakfast and facilities. But now Mr.Tuan their son or relative manage the facility like a hotel. Don't think it's homestay anymore. Pros.. -Good location -clean room Cons.. -simple breakfast of 3 choices. All bread type. BORING.. They don't serve rice or noodle dishes. Bummer. Cheap cheap. -hot water system is bad. Only 1 person can take bath . Next person had to wait for 10 mins least afterwards. -everything is chargeable. Felt like hotel instead of homestay -laundry is 50k/kg, outside 30k. Where is the deal? -car hire 1.2m whereas outside 1m. -300k charge for late check-out. They are dreaming.

Lavender Homestay I had an incredible stay at Lavender Homestay in Ninh Bình! The hospitality was exceptional – the owners, especially Uncle and his son, were so humble and kind. They went out of their way to guide us through the entire Ninh Bình trip, ensuring we didn’t miss a thing. The location is unbeatable – it’s right next to the bus stop and just a short walk from the Tam Cốc boat ride, making it super convenient. Plus, the property offers a stunning lake view that adds to its charm. The food was absolutely delicious, and the swimming pool was another highlight. Relaxing by the pool while enjoying the amazing view was such a treat. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. To top it all off, they have a charming café on the property – the perfect spot to unwind with a coffee while taking in the serene surroundings. Lavender Homestay is a gem in Ninh Bình, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for great hospitality, convenience, and breathtaking views. 🌟
