everything is good. I will book again

I booked a room for my foreign friend, I saw the reviews here were ok so I chose it. But the room was really bad, my friend didn't dare to change into shorts to go to bed :)) The next morning when I asked to clean it, they said yes yes yes, in the afternoon when I asked again, they said yes yes yes, in the evening when I went to the room it was still the same :vv, what's wrong

The hotel is clean, the reception is gentle, but it is very far from the central old town area. If you decide to rent a motorbike, you should rent it. Taking a taxi here is tiring.

I was late checking in, so you guys helped me move to a nearby hotel. Both hotels are extremely wonderful from the rooms to the receptionists. I will definitely stop by Nature and Western Hotel to stay next time. I love Hanoi

The room was a bit small and was upgraded to room class, but I didn't like the bed because it was a single bed put together so I slept in the middle. Air conditioner sometimes cool sometimes not. But the staff is enthusiastic. The cleaning ladies are very funny

The location is quite easy to find, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is not too much but relatively delicious, the staff is pleasant, everything is very stable compared to the price. Check in, check out quickly. Very pleased.

everything is ok, but forgot to clean the room for the guest, the hotel should have 1 more male friend to help the guest carry the suitcase up because the stairs are quite high but no one helps the guest.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng hơi nhỏ

1. Tôi đặt 1 phòng deluxe 2 giường đơn. Nhưng khi nhận phòng là phòng 1 giường với không gian ngợp. Yêu cầu đổi phòng như booking thì nhân viên phản hồi do hết phòng, nhân viên có sai sót nên hết phòng 2 giường. Sau đó nhân viên sale ra giải quyết upgrade. vì mình vừa xuống sân bay người mệt nên không muốn đợi với đổi phòng 2 lần nên có yêu cầu đổi luôn phòng upgrade cho 2 đêm mình ở thì bạn nhân viên sale ok với yêu cầu. Nhưng vẫn ráng nói là mình book loại phòng 1 giường “nghĩa là lỗi mình đặt sai“ 2. Yêu cầu mượn bàn ủi đến lần thứ 3 mới cho mượn. Trả lời với mình là không ai nói về việc phòng mình xin hỏi mượn 2 lần trước và có khách mượn sử dụng….. 3. Mình có mượn dao cắt trái cây thì nhân viên trả lời không có do bếp đã đóng và bạn lễ tân trả lời “lễ tân không có việc gì phải sử dụng dao nên không có….” 4. Dịch vụ dọn phòng: gõ cửa yêu cầu dọn rác thay khăn nhưng mình đang chuẩn bị thay đồ để đi ra ngoài, mình có nói síu quay lại nhưng nhân viên vẫn muốn vào dọn cho tiện ca làm việc của các chị … Phòng sạch sẽ , thoáng đối với dạng phòng có cửa sổ “ loại tụi mình được upgrade” nhưng thái độ phục vụ rất tệ .
