Check in was made difficult with the excuse that there was no booking.

This is my second stay here, it's quite worth it for that price.

Recommended for transit, very strategic access, clean and affordable prices of course

booking this hotel was really surprising. during this new hotel booking which was hmmmm bgt. and previously I had also booked at this hotel AND IT WAS SMOOTH. early checkin paid 50 thousand it's ok bgt. given a room on the 4th floor with a window even though I ordered no window. the air conditioner only felt like wind. it was only about 1 hour in that room, until finally the report and told to move rooms to the officer. "guaranteed this room will not disappoint". ok it's safe. had moved rooms suddenly on wa told to pay 100 thousand because the mattress was exposed to water from the previous room, and they said it was oil. while not bringing food samsek let alone oily. there was sent a photo of the water that hit the mattress and that could also be removed. at first still explaining because not bringing food blah blah blah. until finally told to go to the housekeeping and there I thought I wanted to rest and did not want to argue. until finally I let go of the 100 thousand. still confused water called oil. Is it because the hotel is quiet or because they moved rooms? Don't do that if you really want to get tips. and if someone wants an early check-in, just check in with someone who matches your booking. If there's no one ready yet, just say so, don't force it. Hopefully your fortune will run smoothly.

The staff is friendly, easy access to Indomaret or Alfamart and also close to Lokasari Mall. It's just that the soundproofing is lacking, so the soundproofing needs to be improved so that guests are comfortable while resting.

The parking lot is not good, the room is not very clean, there is a lot of dust in the air conditioner, there are stains on the blanket, the soap dispenser in the bathroom is broken, the towels are smelly and very rough, the windows are also very dirty and blurry
