No fridge in the room, noisy after midnight.

it was fun but it was raining that night so I couldn't go out and see the atmosphere at night...

a complete recreation area with adequate facilities.

The safest glamping for bringing babies, many tourist facilities, complete breakfast buffet, strategic & spacious location, many restaurant choices. Please improve the cleanliness of the room.

From the beginning of the entrance, all rides and facilities were charged for. My baby accidentally broke a mug in the hotel room, and was asked to pay 50K. When eating at a restaurant, the menu was all gone, all scattered and dirty.

It's exciting because the private pool has lots of play areas, you can play various games in one place.

Hopefully it can be even better, yes, the paid swimming pool area can be further improved in terms of cleanliness.

I've stayed at this hotel twice.... it's nice, nice atmosphere... the swimming pool is nice.... but when I last stayed there yesterday I was a bit annoyed with the security guard in front of the gate.... I wanted to buy meatballs across the gate outside the road... when I wanted to go in again the security guard asked me and I showed him my room card, sir, that I was staying inside but the security guard didn't believe me, instead he said: "You can borrow the card"..... yuck, it's annoying, right? Can you borrow a hotel room card...?? Well, in the end I just stayed rather than talking for a long time.... when I said the lobby when checking out, the staff finally apologized... I appreciate the staff for being kind and friendly.... everything was okay, the breakfast was also delicious.....

one stop staycation, everything is complete here from accommodation, children's play area, everything is there. the room we chose is also big so it is suitable for family. just a suggestion, it is better for those who stay there not to be asked to pay for entrance tickets because the room price is also pricey. there is no doormat in the room and it must be requested first. the cleanliness of the swimming pool is not well maintained because there is a lot of moss. breakfast at the restaurant, the food is delicious except for the soto stand which is not given any salt at all so it is bland. but otherwise our family is satisfied. thanks chevilly

I was hesitant to stay here, because the reviews on Google & OTA were not good. Bissmillah tried to WA the number on IG, 1x24 hours no response, checked Traveloka, it turned out to be cheaper, - + 100k difference compared to ordering directly to the property, because I wanted a different experience in the same place I booked a tent with a capacity of 4 people, on the 8th-9th, and huzle on the 9th-10th, first enter yes, both guests staying / just for tourism still have to pay a tourist ticket of 25 / person, & parking ticket, no matter how many days we stay, pay for parking & this tourist ticket ONLY 1X, if we enter and exit the chevilly area we are not charged another ticket, when checking in I was disappointed because the TENT was not available while the kids' expectations were for glamping, but we got a free upgrade to a family room with 2 upper and lower levels, near China Town, this room is certainly better than a tent. room facilities are okay, complete room amenities, cold AC, cool water heater. the room is quite clean, all the rides there are paid but in my opinion all the prices offered are still reasonable. for breakfast we got 4 vouchers, because we were 5 people (2 adults, 3 children aged 17, 16, and 6) there was an additional charge for children 6 years old of 50k, now this is a bit strange because in most other hotels children 0-7 years old are usually free, and you know the children only have cereal for breakfast, even though 1 glass of milk is not finished, so the soul is frugal, the mother screams hahaha, please consider children under 7 years old so that they are not charged additional fees when bf, on the 2nd day moved to hazel, the children loved it ❤️, this is highly recommended, during my stay here, I ordered grabfood, & went out once. in the hotel only bf. expenses during stay - outbound children 5k + gloves 5k = 10k - ATV motorcycle for 2 people = 60k - ATV car 100k - fish food 5k x 4 bottles = 20k - billiards 5k / coin x 12 = 60k - drink order 5 people + ice cubes = 115k - claw coins 8 coins = 20 - china town get 3 free so just buy 2 = 20k from fo to room, change rooms, check out picked up by golf cart, all staff are friendly ❤️

especially in the bathroom there are lots of ants and cockroaches coming in from the drain, the ants are big and black, and the towels are also not very clean

Alhamdulillah, I was able to stay at Chevilley during the high season. The accommodation is very spacious, the breakfast food is quite varied, the difference in facilities between hotel guests and tourist guests needs to be improved. Continued success Chevilley

The room environment was wonderful, but please improve the room amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.).

The hotel staff is very friendly, the restaurant menu is varied and delicious, the hotel is child-friendly, the security guard always greets everyone who passes by, complete entertainment without having to leave the resort because everything is already inside the resort. Next time I want to come back again.

It's too noisy if you get a room on the ground floor, noisy with the room above and you have to pay for everything. Up to 2.5 million unexpected costs. The rental calculation for motorbikes/electric bikes ATV/UTV is only 30 minutes. My child has that until it costs 600 thousand for rent while there.
