Comfortable room and room facilities

2nd experience staying here. Booked a family room. The room is very nice, spacious, clean. The AC is cold. The bathroom is nice, there is also a bathtub. Has its own terrace, its own dining room. Anyway, an amazing stay experience. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for getting a Compliment birthday cake, and being surprised at breakfast. Always be successful, next time I want to stay here again. Oh yeah, the wifi is still lacking, because it often loses network. The TV is also a smart TV, so you can choose YouTube hehe. Room service is okay, fast service. The food is delicious. Ordered brown sugar cheese toast, the taste is 7/10 because it lacks flavor. Fish and chips 8/10 okay.. Good service! Thank you yaa 🫰🏻

Satisfied staying here. Only 1 drawback, access to the swimming pool must be through the restaurant or exit the lobby through the parking lot, but overall the rest is good and meets expectations.

The air conditioner was not working well, sometimes there was a bad smell comes out from the toilet, since we have enter the room after check in.

The AC is not cold, the shower needs to be cleaned because many are clogged, the hot and cold water selector does not work properly, the room needs freshener.
