Friendly staff, clean rooms, everything is okay

It was so much fun😭🤍 next time, God willing, I'll try another room type, haha. Then yesterday I also requested writing like in the picture🙂‍↔️🤍👍🏻 top. The service is also top-notch. Everyone is friendly

The room was spacious and clean, even the towels and sheets were kept spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and it was close to Malang's culinary spots.

I happened to get a free room upgrade promo, got some welcome cookies 😍😍🫶, the staff are all friendly, the meeting room and event are good. The location is strategic at night, it's suitable for walking around the hotel, Tunjungan Road, the night view is really cool

Overall a wonderful stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful. A quick check-in and out. The Cappuccino in their coffee shop was superb. Room was spacious, clean, cold AC, comfortable bed. Location in the heart of Surabaya right on Tunjungan Street and within walking distance to the biggest mall/plaza. Great breakfast selection but some of the broth (Soto Daging, Porridge broth, Chawanmusi) were too salty to my liking, other than that quality off the F and B were top notch. Pool area not too big but just enough.
