The location is quite strategic, only the room conditions are not very clean, the sheets and blankets are a bit dirty, the room is a bit damp. The bathroom smells a bit of urine, there is no hot water. For the service is quite good, and the food is quite good too.

Alhamdulillah, during my stay here it was very comfortable, the family was also happy, it felt private and beautiful. The view from the restaurant is good, the room and bathroom are clean, there is hot water, the Quran and prayer mats are provided, the staff are very friendly. If I go to Bukittinggi again, God willing, I will stop by here again

I as priority very disappointed. Breakfast is not good, all cold. There is only fried rice, fried noodles and pudding, no other choice. Not very varied. Even though the room price is decent. Staff service is not satisfactory. Not recommended for people who travel a lot. The top parking lot cannot be used for flat cars, because it will damage the body kit. The staff often told to move the car up, without paying attention to the condition of the guest car. Just the first and last time staying here.

Actually, the rooms are comfortable and clean but unfortunately there is no water heater for showering in the morning and afternoon. The water heater is only active in the afternoon. Even though Bukittinggi is a cold area. Hopefully in the future more attention.
