The service is good. The floor is a little bit not clean enough. At the night, some noisy sounds from other rooms. But overall, this hotel is good, just a little bit needs to improve. Thanks.

Overall is good, the location of the hotel is a bit narrow but the road is good, there are lots of caterpillars in the pool, the food is delicious but lacks variety, good service

This hotel is suitable for those who want to staycation because of the complete facilities from the gym, pool and children's playground. The location is a bit far from the center of the crowd so it's suitable for those who want to find peace. What I like is the large and aesthetic pool area. The room and bathroom are spacious with complete amenities and compliments, the only drawback is that the room doesn't smell good and because we stayed during the rainy season, it was damp and dewy when we opened the room door or balcony door. For smokers, you can smoke on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast a la carte with limited choices in my opinion. The portion is just enough because it is still equipped with fruit, pastries and for drinks there are juices, coffee/tea. Overall recommended because the location is also not in the Ubud traffic jam area. So if you want to go to the airport, you don't have to worry about running out of time.

Disambut dengan pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat, menu breakfast banyak pilihan, rasanya enak-enak, harga makanan untuk pesanan ke kamar agak mahal. Suasana Nyaman. Patut di coba untuk stay di hotel Garcia ini.

Kamar bersih, luas, ya tapi namanya deket alam ada aja serangga. Cleaning service oke, cepat. Makanan restoran seharusnya bisa lebih enak. Mie keras, yoghurt tidak dingin, nasi goreng tidak enak.

The 2 night staycation here was very memorable. Overall everything is good, both the room and the food 🥰👍🏻 next office vacation I will still choose Garcia

First of all, the staffs there were all so nice & professional! We checked in late so didn't see much of the hotel, the room size was just ‘ enough’, however the breakfast was good 👌🏻.

Perfect! For me, it's the best hotel in ubud. The service is outstanding from the beginning of the check-in process to the check-out process. Our room also got a free upgrade, thank you very much. The room is very comfortable, it makes you lazy to go out. The swimming pool is also very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. Anyway will definitely come here again. I hope the pandemic passes quickly.

Not suitable to be called a 5 star. Dirty swimming pool, small rooms, a la carte food according to menu choices.

All staff are friendly. The rooms are quite narrow if you stay with children. The breakfast menu is the same every day a bit boring, it's better if the menu is varied so you don't get bored. If you stay 3-4 days. Thank you for being able to check out late.
