Regarding the AC not cooling, our question is why when you found out, you didn't immediately contact the front office so we could help with the settings from the AC remote or move you to another room. After you checked out, our check showed that the AC temperature setting from the remote was not at the coldest position, but it still functioned well to cool the room. Furthermore, regarding the impolite housekeeping, it would be better to include the name/time of the incident and what the employee did that you considered impolite... so that we can be more targeted in taking action against the employee. Based on CCTV monitoring, at 12:11-12:11:40 (40 seconds) when you checked out, there was a housekeeper who was accompanying the front office staff because there was a large spot on the bed sheet and a deposit of Rp 100,000 had to be held first until we knew the results of the laundry. We are not sure whether the housekeeper you are referring to or there was another housekeeper. We need to convey that we immediately held a coordination meeting to discuss this issue to provide comfort for our guests at our hotel in the future.
