Friendly and good service from the staff

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The food prices are attractive.

The admin is fast to respond, the room is clean, but it's just a shame the room smells, maybe they could add some freshener to the toilet and the bedroom, the TV remote is not very responsive, maybe it could be checked before someone checks in.

The mattress is uncomfortable and itchy, the curtains smell musty as if they have never been changed, the bathroom smells and the cleanliness of the room is very poor

The mattress in the m2 room is really thin. It's not very comfortable. Then when I arrived, there was a water repair from 1 pm to 8 pm. As a result, I had to go to the gas station to urinate. The receptionist only apologized, but there was no complimentary drink or solution. The water was off for quite a while.

Stayed in a superior room, worth it for that price, lack of sunlight because it is covered by building walls

It would be better if when guests check in they are helped to get to their room, and told how to use equipment such as the TV, etc.

The room is nice, but the downside is that the mattress is not very clean, there are still stains🥲 and the bathroom is a bit smelly, hopefully it can be cleaned more. The room is quite cool even though there is no AC. The location is strategic, suitable for transit if you are tired of going around Lembang.

The staff were not very friendly at all, when checking in guests went to the front of the room, the bathroom was dirty, there was a lot of rust, the mattress sheets were worn out, the room was hot, there was no fan or AC, Netflix didn't work.

The room was really crap, the mattress was no longer suitable, the sheets and pillow cases were damp so they smelled, plus there were small animals on the mattress.
