Kamar nyaman dan bersih tapi pas masuk kamar, handuk dan sabunnya tidak ada dan di lorong cukup berantakan. Tapi overall cukup nyaman dan worth it. Penerima tamu ramah.

I checked out and a few moments back again to ask for my belongings that were left in the room. The receptionist said wow, looks like it's been thrown away sir. The tap water in the bathroom is dead, there is no soap and shampoo, there is no mat, there is no tissue, the air conditioner is not cold, there is no trash box, there is no toilet paper.

Got a 3rd floor room in the first room leaked and the room was generally dirty like dirty spray and the walls were damp and leaking. The room also smelled, the lobby and the road to the room were also dirty and trash was scattered on the stairs. Even though the position of the hotel is on a major road, it feels like a remote hotel without residents. Even worse, I asked for a request on the 2nd floor, he said there was nothing empty, only on the 3rd floor, as a result I was given a different room recommendation from the first. It turned out to be just as disappointing as the first room. Finally I went back down to the lobby, it's okay, I went up and down stairs 2 times to the 3rd floor. (Finally I decided not to stay there but I was bribed by the receptionist, what if I was on the 2nd floor room, he said he wasn't there. Sorry if you've been disappointed. I don't have tolerance, especially when I said there were no empty rooms on the 2nd floor, the receptionist wasn't consistent, or did they do it on purpose, I don't know either. also times the facilities and services. There is no drinking water even though it has been extended and if you ask for towels, you have to go downstairs, they should be available in the room.

The place is very dirty, then there is no towel, there is no mat. The bathroom smells really dirty. Cook, we'll go out for a while, we have to pay for parking. Parking only 5 thousand is very expensive. Very disappointed. Not recommend.
