When we arrived at the location, it turned out to be a very comfortable place, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and fragrant. A mini pantry is provided to make tea and coffee. The parking lot is also very spacious. The corners of the guest house are also aesthetic so I took the time to take some photos above hehe. Btw, they also provide car rental services that can be used to travel around East Kalimantan. Overall, it is highly recommended ✨✨

The staff is very friendly, responsible and helpful. The room is good for that price and the distance to the Penta City Mall is quite close. It is strategic and easy to access the location for ordering motorcycle taxis.

1. The AC is not cold, just so-so. The AC needs maintenance at least once every 3-6 months and must be washed, if it is not washed, it will be this cold at 3 am. 2. Dirty towels are more brown than white. Well, buy new ones or what, how many times are you going to use them? 3. The WiFi connection is unstable. Just use a normal one like Indihome, Biznet, why use vouchers if you get kicked every 10 minutes? 4. The electricity goes off and on up to 9 times. If you want to open a guest house, make sure the KWH is adequate. Plus points. 1. The bathroom has hot water. 2. Mineral water, tea and coffee are free and unlimited. 3. Good location. 4. It was a jackpot to get this accommodation🥹Because it was my first time in Balikpapan and I immediately got this and it was cheap and of course everything was close to cafes, malls, beaches and others so I didn't lose money by motorbike taxi🫶🏻🫶🏻 and I really like the atmosphere😭and the staff are really fun and all nice💯💯💯Thank you to all the staff🫶🏻🫶🏻If I have more luck, I will definitely come back here if I go on holiday to Balikpapan🫶🏻🫶🏻
