breakfast here is delicious even though there are only a few menu choices this time I ordered a magenta type room, it's quite spacious compared to the previous one I ordered, the buttermilk one was very narrow, it was difficult to walk. 😮‍💨 the rest is all okay. only there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. 😅 the room and toilet are all clean, hot water is all okay. the air conditioner is cold the room is cleaned every day.

Good location, on the left there is a mosque just in case there are those who don't like the noise from the mosque. The staffs are nice but there is no doorman, no one to help deliver luggage. The hairdryer is not good, there are no tissues & spoons and forks. Want to borrow from the hotel also not available, for toiletries it is better if the packaging is not in a tube because it is difficult to open. Hot water works well. The refrigerator in the room does not work.

It's clean but the room is quite smelly and humid. AC position is just opposite the bed which makes the airflow quite irritating when sleeping. It just gets straight to the head. Small space. Not much room for roaming. Good thing it's close to all street food and pubs. Amenities are quite OK. Hair dryer is available.

There is no early check in. I arrived at around 1 and have to wait until 3 to get in the room. Location is easy access to eating areas. Room is clean, water pressure is strong. Overall, worth staying.

Toilet seat room 321 wasn't properly installed and I can see yellowish dirt at the edges of the seat. Like always I boiled hot water and sprayed it with it. Cleaner wasn't equip with vacuum cleaner only brooms.

the hotel is nice and very very strategic. just need to walk a little to get to the night market. next to this hotel there is also a mosque and there is friday prayer. the staff is also very helpful and there 24 hours

Had a great short break in Penang while staying here. Close to bustling evening dining areas.

The room is indeed very narrow. Only enough for 2-3 people. The plus is that it is close to Nasi Kandar Line Clear and lovers of Beryl's chocolate souvenirs only need to walk 80 steps. Only, the wifi is weak

It was very gooddd stay 😍 not expecting much because there is a Mosque right next to the hotel. But turns out the sound wasn’t get into our room. The man receptionist staff was so friendly although we came on a busy hour Check in & check out was so easy Hotel located near to bus station so it was very easy to go anywhere All stuffs works well, the room was clean And it was price wise! Love it so much. This hotel def left something in our heart during our first visit to Penang ✨ Will be back here for our next visit to Penang 🫶🏻

A little confused on the floor layout plan. Can't even find proper direction for the exit doors upstairs.

I found already used plastic spoon and fork wrap with tissue paper in the freeze🤢

Parking entrance too small, scratches car's side kit as there's pipe down there where you can't see especially during night time

Very impressed by their flexible check-in and check-out times, as well as the option to store luggage safely at the lobby since we were packed with activities. Room service was fast, especially for refilling drinking water. Although there was an issue with a blocked toilet (our bad), the receptionist quickly offered a room change, showing great customer care. Overall, a comfortable stay with attentive service!

The school does not have a noise protection system from the next room. Other than that, everything is okay.

This hotel location very strategic. Near the famous food court and there is minimarket across the street. But the cleanliness very bad. I even think that the house keeping never mop or vacuum our room. My hair still on the floor and bathroom. They only make up the bed and didn't change the bedsheet

The room was comfy and tidy. But the towels were a little bit smelly. Also the air conditioner unit was not properly working. Better get the technicians to fix it
