The service is very friendly, the cleanliness of the room is also okay. But for the bathroom amenities are incomplete, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Then the towels look quite old, brown and shabby. And the wifi is slow, while the personal signal is very difficult to get in the room area.

The price is very affordable for a hotel that has culinary and gym around it, just a note, there are not many staff so the cleanliness tends to be lacking plus there are ants but it's not dirty, safety in the hotel is lacking because the stairs are directly outside the lobby, there should be a door that can only be accessed by guests to enter and exit & there is no security guard, plus the room size is quite narrow but overall it's fine!

The room is clean, easy access to everywhere because it is very close to the Satria Sports Hall, but for the elderly, access to the room is a bit difficult because they have to go up the stairs, but overall it's okay👍🏻
