first arrived greeted by good security who quickly helped carry luggage, greeted by the receptionist with full friendliness and politeness, did not differentiate between local and international guests, bought food very satisfied with the taste and visuals, the tom yum was delicious, really liked it, the taste was not excessive, the combination of vegetables and seafood was enough, the welcome drink was delicious, the staff was very friendly to children, took the initiative to bring toys for toddlers 🌹 good cleanliness 👏 the private beach was close and neatly arranged, suitable for calming the mind. . thank you lumi hotel, in total for the price and facilities received it was very balanced, not disappointing, and certainly treated all guests with humanity,

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately it's a bit far from central Gili Trawangan, the bikes are old 😀 so it's all okay.

The room was not cleaned, a sign was put up to be cleaned but it was not cleaned until the evening.

Best hotel in my Lombok Trip. Service dan staffnya are great dan very helpful. Free bike to scroll around (they provide bike with baby seat! Very thoughtful). The food was great, but a lil bit expensive. The room was beautiful and unique. The pool was great, they even had a warm water pool. Sunset view from the pool was magnificent

Kamarnya excellent, cuman sarapannya kurang bervariasi dan terlalu plain untuk orang indonesia.

It is our third time staying at Lumi Hotel. The hotel is laid back and the staff is very warm. Except we have to pay extra for quality machine made coffee. The standard coffee that is served is quite horrible, and they put nescafe instant coffee in the room. Also found old used wash towel in the laundry basket which was left from the previous guest. Perhaps it explains why they don't give us wash towel during our stay. I think this need to be improved.

The hotel was amazing. Got an upgrade room for free. The food was superb and all the staffs were friendly and nice!

Great experience to stay at Lumi. My room is so clean and tidy. I love the view in front of my room. Sunset point is amazing. Sunday market and fire dancer is awsome.

2 hari menginap di sini dan suka banget karena konsep cottage nya unik, fasilitas lengkap, ada movie night, makanannya enak-enak. Favorite makanannya mexican beef naschos, pegawainya super ramah semua dan friendly. Untuk breakfast pilihannya banyak ya ga perlu ditanya, paling suka untuk kue-kue, donutnya 👍. 2 hari menginap di sini kurang rasanya. Dan pasti bkalan balik ke Lumi lagi. 🙏🏻❤.

It's way too expensive for what you get. We booked the normal hotel room for 3 nights and it 's like 20qm2, so very small. We booked the room with the garden view and we got a look to concrete, so no view at all. We closed our curtains the whole time. We complained about our view but they didn't help us although we stayed there a few nights. In general the staff isn't very friendly or helpful, they just offer no extra service. The room is clean. The food in the hotel is very expensive compared to everywhere else. The beach is much worse than the other parts of the island. Very disappointed all in all.

Tempatnya sangat nyaman untuk staycation, pemandangan menghadap ke laut, kamar bersih, pelayanan oke, staff ramah. Kalau ke Gili bakal ke sini lagi pasti 👌

Nice room, strategic location, good breakfast menu, excellent service, maybe you need an additional hairdryer, which isn't in the room yet.

Salah satu hotel baru di Gili Trawangan, fasilitas oke, makanan enak, kamar ukurannya pas tapi comfortable, sayang lokasinya agak jauh dari pelabuhan jadi harus pakai andong/kuda untuk mengantarkan ke lokasi, oh dapat free bike juga dari hotelnya, nice.
