All staff are humble, smile and helpful. Thank you for the great hospitality that we get in this hotel. Amazing room, spacious, clean and very nice view. Love the ambience in this hotel. Give a positive impact to our stay. Receptionist and reservation so helpful. Even the bellman always be ready when we need. The HK is always be there if we need anything. Love this hotel. Thank you. The villa is comfortable for couples.. the room is clean, the environment is quiet. But if you bring children.. there are no facilities for playing.

Hotel is 4 stars, but they do the best in accomodating their guest, worth the price, impressed about the breakfast to room, and generous amount was given to us, enjoyed our stay.

What was disappointing was the description on the app, I ordered a 25 square meter cabin with a bathtub, but it turned out I got a regular one when I checked in. In the end, I upgraded myself to deluxe.

One of the best experience that we had in Batu Malang, the hotel is a resort like, remind me of Bali Ubud vibes which is very quiet and peaceful. The room is spacious and clean, the design is very aesthetic, bathroom is spacious. Parking lot is spacious, location is easy to find and the hospitality of the staffs are excellent… really love our one night stay in Hanoman

The environment is very comfortable and beautiful, the staff are all friendly. The cleanliness of January is spotless. Very suitable for a staycation for couples heheh. Only for the food, the value is 7 for the taste. The rest is good.

Wonderful staycation experience. The ambience is very good, suitable for a honeymoon. The food is all ok too. Except for the blanket there were spots and strands of hair. Other than that, everything is really okay. Definitely will recommend it to other people ❤.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool but sand pool 😂, that was quite okay as substitute for my daughter. The room is clean, and the ambient was nice, the food was nice, even though the choices were not many. However, considering the price, it 's over price in my opinion.

Plus: each cabin unit is individual so privacy is okay. Min: there is no view, our cabin view window looks at the plumbing of the house on the plot next door hehe. There is a play area for children with quality games and a sand pit! Love it. There are no pools. We paid 1.3 million per night for a standard unit. The floors inside the cabin and outside are not different in height so sandy dust tends to be blown in by the wind. There is no doormat at the front of the cabin due to a design error, perhaps because the door opens outward. So we asked to borrow an extra mat but it was rejected because the receptionist was not allowed to borrow an extra mat 🥲 unless you wanted to pay 30 thousand per pc to borrow a mat per day. Standard breakfast, not many varieties of fruit/typical Malang-Batu food. The bathroom was too dark, the shelves were dusty and I couldn't see it, I didn't wipe it down, we put a white jacket in there so it was a sacrifice. The iron handle of the shower faucet was broken, suddenly it fell on my feet while showering. When my husband checked it, it turned out it looked like it had been damaged a long time ago but it was just glued with silicone sealant. Reported it to the receptionist, he just smiled, oh yeah, sorry, I'll pass it on to the relevant department. 2 days of showering while falling in the shower.
