check in process must wait until 14:00. take the laundry key. for check out we asked for late check out at 13:00 but was informed that it would cost 45,000. even though we had said to just wait until the dzuhur prayer first. the trash can is littered with ants. please provide coffee & tea. the rest is ok.

Highly recommended for staying in Bandung.. The apartment room is spacious.. the facilities in the PR 10CB unit are complete..

great stay here. highly recommended if you go with family. definitely stay here again sometime.

We got a room with bunk beds, even though when we booked the room we chose a bed that could be slid down because the children were already quite big. It turned out that after checking the room was still available, so we could move. The room was spacious and comfortable, the internet connection was also fast. The gym and swimming pool facilities were also available to complete our staycation.

The room is quite clean, the staff is responsive, and the parking is spacious.

Basically, it's the best to stay here, the service is really good, if you go to Bandung again, you want to stay here.

Units cannot be requested through external applications, direct booking is required. It is a bit strange indeed. In my opinion, the unit selection is done manually and should be able to be assisted in requesting units
