Lights off. The hot water is not functional, the room is dirty

The hotel room is dirty, the sheets and pillowcases smell bad. The worst thing is the bathroom, the tub is super dirty until we drain and clean the tub ourselves. I'm really tired, I'm not going to stay here again. Shabby ceilings, curtains and walls.

The shower water is really slow to get a room on the floor. 2 Barcelona no. 10 already have frequent stays at Koneng.

In the sofa room there is a torn cloth and the sheets are not clean.

MasyaAllah the hotel is cheap, good, neat, according to the photo in the application. The garden is spacious, there is a children's play area, there are birds and fish ponds, a swimming pool. There is also hot water. The staff is friendly and the car is cleaned too, I really love it. Next time, God willing, will come here again.

The receptionist service is not friendly, the room smells bad and is a bit annoying.

Bantalnya bau, sepertinya sprei dan sarung bantal tidak diganti setiap pergantian tamu. Handuk dekil. Sejak covid service di room hotel jelek sekali. Kecuali petugas yang cuci mobil. Mobil tamu semuanya bersih dicuci.
