The receptionist service was slow, so there was a queue for check-in.. on Traveloka it said it included meals for 3 people, but actually it was only 2. As a result, the child had to pay more.. oh yeah, one more thing.. the towels weren't immediately in the room.. I requested them first, but they took a long time to arrive.. I requested them in the afternoon, and the towels were delivered after Maghrib :/ . I've only been here once.. haha

A very clean and comfortable hotel. Bono Hotel is one of my favorite places to relieve stress and mental fatigue. The all-black rooms make it feel cooler. The rooms and food are also delicious. The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it's great, and the elevator card access also makes for a safe and comfortable stay at Bono Hotel.

Friendly receptionist. The food, snacks, and beverages were delicious. Unfortunately, the toilet paper was almost gone, and they didn't replace it. The used towel was used in the morning, but when I returned in the evening, it was still there, and I hadn't replaced it. It's pathetic.
