The receptionist is friendly and the place is also nice🥰

Rent 2 rooms for 4 people, strategic location near TRX mall, Pudu terminal, lots of food vendors, but the room condition is not very clean, it smells a bit musty

over all good even though the hotel looks old but clean and comfortable

The location is far from the station but close to berjaya times square. 24 hour receptionist and friendly. The room is very narrow and has a strange shape and there is a hole near the air conditioner. the room is very stuffy that makes me nauseous. the air circulation in the room and toilet is only through the window which is difficult to open. there is no place for stuff in the bathroom.om

Bad smell , some pillows dirty, lots of fungi in the cupboard

One of the hotels in KL that I recommend, even though the location is a bit far from Bukit Bintang, but the staff is very friendly and polite. The room is quiet, no one is noisy, the bathroom is aesthetic. Around the hotel there are many typical Chinese foods that are full of flavor and soupy, very suitable to eat at night.

Cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. Furniture was old and broken. Floor was dirty. Wall was moldy.

Their staff was very friendly & kind. I just want to say the room was abit small and too narrow but quite comfortable to rest also. Thank you.

Memang agak jauh kalau ke bukit bintang. Tetapi hotel sangat nyaman untuk beristirahat.

Servicenya tak enak lah. Udah pernah nginap di banyak hotel lain. Boleh check in sebelum jam 12, kalo hotel ini tak boleh kata kokonya, tak ramah lagi tu, kena bayar cas pula. Kamarnya tak de kaca, cuman dalam kamar mandi je. Tak seronok lah.

Penginapan nyaman dekat kemana mana dan pegawai hotelnya juga ramah, next time kalo liburan ke malaysia nginap di sini lagi.

Pelayanan oke kamar juga boleh la. Cuma sayang gak da keset kaki jadi kalo keluar dari kamar mandi belepotan air kemana”.
