Facilities are basic — you get water, a TV, towels, and a bed. The ambience could be better, but it is what it is.
The food was okay — cheap, filling, and satisfying for a quick meal.
The staff were good and tried their best to assist despite the busy festival period.
The highlight was the efforts of the staff to ensure a comfortable stay despite the hectic environment.
The price was very reasonable during the festival, offering good value for money.
Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
