I understand that self check in/out is provided for customer-friendly needed. But somehow, I do think at least one capable staff should be around just in case there is a problem. I had a booking problem which is a mistake in chosing date to stay and there was a staff there would try to help me out of my problem. I came to the hotel to ask if there is a possible way to change the date of my stay. But instead of giving me info about that, he chose to cancel my booking. It actually took a long time just to cancel my booking, which I did not want to, because it was already night when I arrived in the hotel. The lack of language to communicate is the main problem. I just feel dissapointed because at that time I want him to give me info whether there is an available room for that night or not, but he just proceed my booking cancellation. And now I am still waiting for the refund process he told me without knowing the exact time. All of the hotel facilities are good, room is comfortable. I think only in the staff management, they have to improve.
