Excellent service! My wife and I stayed one night at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue to celebrate our anniversary. Initially, there was a small problem with the room, but it was handled very well by the hotel team. We even got an upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of the bay and pool, complete with flower decorations, cake, and a very memorable congratulatory message. Many thanks to all the staff and management of the Hotel. Our special moment was made even more special by your service. Highly recommended!

wonderful hotel with wonderful staffs but some of them might need another training sessions especially for restaurant staffs. It's all about true from the heart services.

1. The bedroom is quite large (5 star standard) 2. The bathroom is clean. 3. The cleanliness of the carpet should be improved. Because when entering the room I was sneezing and it was a bit dusty. 4. During breakfast (9.15) many dishes were finished but not refilled ... not usually a 5 star hotel like this. Overall good

Strategic hotel in PIK area

Amazing experience staying here.

The check in process was quick and the staff explained all information. This hotel is less than a minute walk to pik avenue Mall where there numerous restaurants and shops. The room was spacious enough to put some luggage and still be able to move. I have stayed here previously and the service from all staff is friendly and respectful and they go out of their way to help you.

I was not feeling well when I arrive and the staff has kindly allowed me to have an early check in. It was very thoughtful of them though I did not ask for it.

For Prestige Suite Room, (-) empty mini bar, limited Wifi to only a few devices, less than optimal bathroom interior (glass cannot be closed, high mirror), access to parking is far away. (+) Spacious room, welcome snack, nice view, access to mall, nice swimming pool & child friendly.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the bathroom is not clean enough, the breakfast doesn't have much variety, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Easy check in, complete facilities and pleasant hotel atmosphere.

Great hotel with comfortable room, pool is a tad small, breakfast is good but super crowded & hectic, it took quite a while just to ask for a hot tea.
