The food at the rooftop restaurant is delicious. My favorite is the grilled oxtail with green chili and fried noodles. The room is clean. The mattress is sunken in the middle, it should be replaced. The room is not very soundproof, outside noise can still be heard clearly. The staff is friendly except for the receptionist.

First time staying here, everything is safe.. greeted by friendly staff and easy check in process.. Kids friendly hotel, kids love it here because there is a swimming pool in particular and there is a children's play area near the pool. The breakfast menu also has many choices, the taste is okay.. The best is on the roof top, best for those who like to take selfies or with loved ones 😊

family staycation 3d2n overall everything is quite enjoyable Because there is live music and a children's swimming pool, a little minus is the room is quite narrow plus a dressing table + chair that doesn't work properly So it's even narrower and makes your feet hit, the air freshener in room 215 leaked and couldn't be turned off, finally my husband took it apart to remove the battery So the first day of staying couldn't sleep Because of a headache from the smell of the air freshener that wouldn't go away until he opened the room window it still wouldn't go away, and the next day I confirmed to the room boy to move the air freshener, don't install LG, the liquid soap in the bathroom was also empty, luckily the hotel's soap collection So I used the bath soap collection. other than that everything is quite good. thank you 🙏

arrived at the hotel at 1 and could not check in immediately had to wait until 13.30 for data validation and 14.00 to enter. the atmosphere of the receptionist room was small and the waiting area also only had 2 sofas. went straight in to meet the room's labgaung and there were only 2 floors taking up stairs, no elevator. the room when I arrived at 5 pm because we decided to go out again first. the mattress had lots of stains and lots of dust and on the window there was dust and dead animals (butterflies at first glance I thought were cockroaches). I asked for it to be replaced and the corner of the window was cleaned even though it was not completely clean but it was better. the bathroom smelled of petai ... probably before we did someone urinate in the shower area. the hot water is also not hot and cold control ... sometimes it's very hot like boiling water but we turn it back to cold water to hot again the water is not hot. toiletries are only available toothbrush and cotton bud. soap and shampoo in one container near the shower. the food served is less varied, maybe it's still the nuance of the Eid holiday and the taste is lacking. The good thing is the rooftop atmosphere at the restaurant with a 360 degree mountain view.

The most boring stay experience for us so far, there is a lot to improve if this hotel wants to continue to exist.

There are many children's play facilities, because I like to eat so I feel at home for a long time in the restaurant, the prices are pocket-friendly and for guests who stay overnight they can get a 10% restaurant discount.

This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint.

The hotel is actually comfortable, but it's already very noisy in the morning. There's also the sound of the renovation workers. Sleep is disturbed from morning until 9 am. Finally decided to just leave rather than getting a headache. Ask for help if there are guests staying, check the workers' working hours first. Guests feel uncomfortable. It was not confirmed from the start if there were renovations or workers.

Our second staycation here. besides being cheap, the place is comfortable, the facilities are many, the kids are happy, especially when we go to the rooftop, we really don't want to go home/just go down to the room. The evenings are so peaceful. surrounded by houses of local residents but not noisy. we went there during the month of Ramadan, at the same time as the breaking of the fast event, the child had a birthday so he got a free cake for those who checked in on his birthday. the food is no doubt if it's DELICIOUS here and there are many choices. if you want to take a break from activities, just come here, it's the most suitable and anti-club traffic jams hehe thank you Bells place always maintain the best quality God willing, we will come back again for another good moment ❤
