okay good and location in the center of the city

Hotel staff, especially at breakfast, are very friendly, helpful and creative, highly recommended for families.

The most prominent advantages of this hotel are two things, namely its service and its breakfast food. Perhaps the only drawback of this hotel is its location which is quite far from the city center, making hotel guests think twice about staying here if they want to go to restaurants, cafes, malls, or other public centers that are close to the hotel. Back to its advantages, the service of Santika Pasir Koja is indeed extraordinary; as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, two security guards immediately brought a trolley for our luggage. In the morning when we walked out of the hotel, it turned out that all the hotel guests' cars were being cleaned without exception. These are two things that prove the excellent service of Santika Pasir Koja. For the second advantage, like most other Santika hotels, the breakfast food at Santika is indeed very delicious. On the 5th day of Eid 2025, there was still chicken opor and ketupat which made us feel like we were back on Eid day. Apart from chicken opor, other foods show the characteristics of the Santika hotel chain's extraordinary excellence in serving typical Indonesian cuisine. So, for those who don't mind staying a bit far from the city center of Bandung, and if you want to just stay in your room during your stay, aka staycation, Santika Pasir Koja is the right choice.

The hotel room is clean, the location is strategic, because it is a business hotel, the pool water is cold so the kids can't stay swimming for long, but overall it's really okay.

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. The location is also close to the dining area, the bathroom is clean, the shower and hot water work well, the bed is also clean. Good job Santika Hotel.

Very comfortable and clean hotel, very varied breakfast menu and the taste is quite delicious. friendly staff and easy access, close to the City link festival mall. only one .. our car was washed in the morning. usually in other places it is only washed with water, well this uses K * T medicine from the car wash who told me when I was going to check out. but our use is not correct so that my car has spots from the K * T medicine so that the windshield, left and right sides and some points of the body look dull. I finally cleaned my car window myself by stopping at rest area 125 and re-wiping the glass because it was very cloudy. and it really interferes with my trip. my suggestion if it is washed do not use any kind of polish, just water and a little soap. or ask permission first before washing. The location is near the toll gate. There is charging for electric cars. The breakfast is great. Ok. The service is ok. The room's AC is cool. Only the bathroom is a bit old. And the location is a bit far from the center of Bandung.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast menu is very varied and very delicious. The room is not very soundproof, if someone passes by, it can be heard very well. But so far everything is safe. I think I will come back again if I have a vacation to Bandung😄

Got a service that I've never gotten in other hotels, even though it looks trivial but it's quite useful, the car was washed by the hotel staff so even though I was out of town it could be clean again, great.
