There are many things that need to be fixed in this hotel,
First, when I wanted to check in, I arrived at around 11 am, then I said to the receptionist, "Ma'am, if you can't check in yet, it's okay, I'll leave your stuff later this afternoon and then check in because I'm in a hurry for an event" but it turned out that they just left their suitcase with a long and complicated process until my wife got angry because she was late for the event.
Second, the AC was leaking, if I had booked the cheapest room, maybe I could understand, but the problem was that this was the highest type of room, how is the AC leaking in the most expensive room?
Then the third and last thing was that the lights went out in my room, on the last day my wife and I woke up at 7 am to get ready for the airport, the receptionist said check out was at 12 noon, at 8 am the lights went out in my room, my wife called the receptionist because she needed electricity for the hairdryer, the receptionist said a technician would be brought in soon but we waited 30 minutes and he still didn't come.
Please let this be a lesson for Amaris Hotel Slipi, in my life I have tried various hotels from very cheap to expensive ones, never once experienced a leaking AC and a blackout in the room.
I personally will not return here again, the only positive thing about this hotel is 2, the security guard is very friendly and the breakfast is even though the place is dirty but it tastes good. Thank you so much
