A pleasant staycation. The hotel staff is friendly, the receptionist is very helpful. I returned to the hotel in heavy rain and the hotel staff promptly brought umbrellas back and forth between me and my husband inside. The car was washed very clean. Not far from places to eat. Next time will stay here again.

The hotel is very pleasant. Friendly staff, spacious room, clean bathroom and there is a hair dryer right away. Got a 10% voucher for ice cream at the ice cream shop in the hotel area. and the ice cream is delicious and cheap. There are many food variants. Everything in the room is well maintained and clean. Will come back here again next time. In the area around the hotel it is easy to find food at night. Thank you.

Just a suggestion for TV broadcasts to be added to international broadcasts, and for each room, it is not soundproof so you can still hear the next room watching TV with a fairly high volume. The staff is friendly

First time coming to this hotel, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist, then the hotel room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of Mount Ceremai in the morning, adequate wifi facilities, quite delicious breakfast, a clean, neat, and beautiful hotel yard and a large hotel guest parking area, and this is very interesting, every hotel guest's vehicle who stayed was washed very clean and neat. Steady, maintain and continue to improve its performance

The receptionist is friendly, when I stayed it happened to be the season when the wind was strong so I heard a rumble in the room, plus there was the sound of things rubbing against the wind causing a sound like people whistling. Make the first parno overnight. Check and try room 121 at the end if there is a big wind, it's a pity if the visitors are timid they may not sleep overnight. Overall, the hotel is recommended for Majalengka class. Plus, the car was washed in the morning, thank you for being kind.

I've stayed here twice. For the service, yes. It's okay. Ordered a twin bed on the app. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said I had to order an extra bed because the occupants were all adults (even though the mother, child, father) so it was + 200 for the extra bed and breakfast. The breakfast tasted pretty good. Yesterday's meal was not buffet style, it was delivered to the room. There was fried rice with chicken, tofu, chili, salt, crackers, complete fruit, milk and green bean porridge. The room was so-so. The AC was cold, the hot water was okay, the TV had no shows. Choose the 3rd floor for a direct view of the mountains.

When checking in, there was no staff to accompany me to my room. The hotel is very smoker-friendly, in the main lobby I saw people smoking several times, the hallway smelled of cigarettes, when I entered the room I could smell cigarettes even though I had requested a No Smoking room (when I opened the window, there were many cigarette butts under the window). The room is not soundproof, coincidentally when I stayed, there was an event on the ground floor and the sound could be heard up to the room on the 1st floor. The AC took a long time to cool down, there were several spots on the sheets, there were many spider webs on the walls, the curtains were dirty and had holes, the glasses and coasters in the room were cracked/broken but still in use. For additional information, I stayed in a Superior Room Double for 417,500.

Kamar nya terlalu press banget yaa. Untuk breakfast nya lumayan lahh untuk di kamar layak nya hotel kalo bisa handuk jng warna gelap lah. Kalo bisa warna yang bersih. Thx.
