Loved staying here. All the facilities are great.

One of the best hotel choices, especially connected to the mall. It's truly an all in one place to stay that's perfect for kids and families. And it's located in a residential area with lots of culinary delights.

The service from check in to check out was very impressive, the lobby was comfortable, the hotel room was clean and fragrant, the bathroom was clean. If I go back to my hometown every year, God willing, I will spend at least 2 nights here. It's really cool. Recommended.

Everything is perfect for me except for the parking area. It's like joining a slalom test, challenging.

There is only one access card. So if you want to go to the mall alone, you have to stop by the lobby first to ask for access to the room. Not to mention, there is no laundry plastic in the room which is usually found in any hotel. A small pencil note is not really important, but when staying at any hotel, there is always one, this time there wasn't one.

Overall everything was comfortable, only when I was sleeping at night there was a really loud leak from the next room.

Spacious room, clean, cold AC, comfortable. No need to bother buying drinking water anymore because a dispenser is provided which is equipped with hot and cold water. Incidentally got a promo price so it was cheaper. This is the second time staying at Aston Gresik, next time will stay here again. The swimming pool is clean and the service staff are friendly. The gym room is also comfortable and equipped with gym equipment that works well. Cool

Overall good, but there seemed to be a miscommunication during check-in because when we went to the room we couldn't immediately occupy it because it was being cleaned so we had to wait in the hallway for about 15 minutes. Maybe it can be improved so that there won't be any more miscommunication in the future. Thanks.

Fast check-in and check-out, the hotel staff service is responsive and fast, the location is integrated with Gresmall, Gresik, so it is easy to reach various culinary, needs, and entertainment. Places of worship, namely the mosque right in front of the hotel and Gresmall, the location can be reached by public transportation, namely the TransJatim bus. Water, both cold and warm, works well in the toilet, TV channels are abundant, both local and international, there is a coffee maker in the room besides an electric kettle and refrigerator (refrigerator), the mattress uses the King Koil brand whose quality is unquestionable for comfort in resting / sleeping. There are also laundry and airport transfer services provided by Aston Gresik, complete toilet amenities, the AC in the room is cold and can be adjusted to the cold temperature level. It's nice to stay here, it's close to everywhere, so if you're hungry in the middle of the night, it's easy to find food.
