My first stay at Porta, and it didn't disappoint at all. The service and cleanliness were excellent. Breakfast was also varied, though the freshness of the ingredients could be improved. Otherwise, it was fine.

The hotel's location is strategic for visitors who need to be close to UGM and its surroundings. The price is reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, and the food is excellent. Cheers!

Always a mainstay when staying in Yogya

Porta is always my top choice of hotel when my wife and I visit Yogyakarta. It's simple: it truly feels like home. The staff is always friendly, we're always well-received, and what we love most is the room. It's spacious and simple, yet very aesthetic. The breakfast is always satisfying, with a wide variety of delicious food choices. The Havene restaurant is also great, with delicious menus. We'll definitely be back here for our next trip. In fact, it's going to be soon in another three weeks. Even though it's listed as a 3-star hotel, it feels like a 4- or 5-star experience. Good job, Porta!

Great experience overall the minus just when staff ask for review we wish them give us compliment and the wall not so soundproof. You should try a pleasant stay here!

The staff is friendly, the housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean and tidy, and the parking, although limited, is always available for guests. The restrooms are clean and odor-free.

Strategic location. Spacious, clean rooms. Cold AC. Soft mattress. Some parts are not soundproof. Food is a bit bland and lacks seasoning. The cafe atmosphere is cozy. Thank you.

Fast check-in/out Friendly staff Clean rooms, complete amenities, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable. Breakfast is average but varied. There's also a sauna.

I've stayed at Porta several times. It's close to everything. The hotel has a comfortable and fragrant atmosphere. But now the smell of the hotel, especially in the lobby when you enter, has diminished, and the guys and staff who greet guests are quiet. It used to be bustling with cool guys.

A recommended hotel when visiting Jogja, easy road access, not too congested, comfortable for resting

I absolutely enjoying my stay in Porta! The one that checked in the hotel was my mom because I was still at a panel conference and alhamdulilah the staff were totally helpful carrying those gigantic bags. The check in was super smooth and food and snacks in the cafe was superb. Our hotel room is superb too. The staff is also very responsive, fast, and communicative. Shoutout to the cleaning service because they clean it super good and tidy, even our amenities are look tidy too. Oh, and the breakfasts are good too! Nice varieties. Here are some comments: 1. Our TV in the room always suddenly turning dark and bright all of sudden although we already set the brightness. 2. Our TV remote control is not sensitive so we changed the batteries and there's the problem, apparently the staff hasn't changed the batteries. 3. The parking staff is a little bit slow to do the vallet although the first day they are helping my mom with the gigantic lugages. And there's no one helping us to part the crazy traffic outside. 4. The pool outdoor... When we swim, there's this event happened there too and it makes everything really awkward there. And we almost didn't get any table because it was used by the tenants. But overall, superb! I love it here! I'd definitely stay here again.

One of the most comfortable hotels in Jogja

My first experience staying at PORTA in a connecting room. Upon check-in, one of the rooms wasn't ready, so we had to wait half an hour. Throughout our stay, the room was comfortable, with occasional noise from the street, speakers, and the roar of machinery, perhaps due to its corner location. The twin-bed room felt a bit cramped. Soap and shampoo were rationed to a small size. There was no water dispenser for refills. The breakfast menu was varied, but the cap cay was even more delicious when ordered and delivered to the room. I haven't tried the sauna, pool, or other facilities yet.
