Everything is fine, worth it for the price, but the breakfast is not really worth it, not fresh and not comparable to the price charged. If you want to save on the menu, you can probably look for a simple, cheap menu like fried rice/omelet. Without having to reduce the size of the side dishes (tempeh) just to make it look like a lot. Or if you really can't provide breakfast, it's better not to provide a breakfast package at all. Above all, nice for transit here. Thanks.

Close to the city mall, comfortable enough for a short stay. Give options for dispenser water which is so helpful for families. The room soundproofing needs to be improved.

Friendly Service, Nice Room, but when you enter the room it smells of sour feet, all sounds come into the room, at 2 am the alarm from the next room goes through the room, you have to bang on it before the alarm stops😄, no breakfast, hopefully there will be improvements

Actually, this is the best hotel in Prabumulih, fast wifi, friendly staff, location next to city mall. Too bad the quality is not well maintained. First time staying, quite clean, only the room smelled damp. But this time, sorry, the room smells of socks, the towels are rotten, the bathroom walls are also a bit crusty. Please take better care of the quality. thank you

When I entered the room, the condition was neat, when I wanted to sleep, I wore a blanket. Suddenly my feet felt cold, when I looked it turned out there was a plastic bag filled with tissue, cotton buds used by previous guests, in conclusion, the room had only been tidied, not cleaned, the sheets and blankets had not been changed.

I was surprised that for fave hotel standards the room was so damp that the pillows smelled musty. Please pay extra attention to the cleanliness of the towels. The towel had lots of stains and the edges of the towel had loose stitching threads.

Tidak ada jendela di kamar. Ketika mau pinjam hairdryer, dikatakan tidak ada hairdryer yang bisa dipinjamkan. Hanya ada hairdryer di kamar suite dan"ditanam"sehingga tidak bisa diambil untuk dipinjamkan.
