Love this hotel with great architecture and friendly staffs.

This is the nicest hotel in the City center area. The design and the room are totally very elegant. The bed and the pillow are very soft and smell nice. The hotel staffs are very helpful and escort guest to the room and explain the function of the room. The breakfast is amazing with nice food selection and food display. The hotel also have its own garden which is very big and nice for morning and evening walk.

Unfriendly hotel staff, hotel staff at breakfast who are arrogant to Asians, on the other hand if the guests are American or Australian foreigners they are very polite, we stayed 4 nights by renting a grand deluxe suite, even during the make up room they didn't throw away the trash are in the room but stack them on the table, unlike at Kempinski Grand Indonesia or Apurva Kempinski Bali which are friendly and indiscriminately friendly.
