Suggestions: 1/ Check-in and check-out staff should limit using their phones to keep guests waiting (there is a long line so it is a bit frustrating) even though you may be texting for work. 2/ There should be a map of the tram station or a sign on the left 200m away from the Atlantis tram station (for example). Because it is a long walk (12 swimming pools) and you don't know where the tram station is. Call the zalo to call the tram so you can give instructions to guests right when checking in. 3/ There should be a better way to cool the lobby/buffet area. It's too hot. Similarly, the air conditioner in the bedroom is not as cold as the set temperature. 4/ The floor (where the lavatory is) is slippery. The bathroom is ok but it is slippery outside. 5/ The breakfast buffet is crowded, with long lines on the street. The procedure should be shortened by having those with bracelets check in through the machine and then enter, the rest can check in. Standing and waiting to eat is a bit unpleasant. Because it is crowded, it takes a long time for the staff to refill the food. Out of ice but I said it twice, the male staff looked at me and ignored me without even bothering to answer me a word. 6/ The mattress should be cleaned of dust & flatter (still a lot of dust) because I have a small baby so I noticed. 7/ Be careful when carrying luggage to the room because I spilled my food by turning the box upside down. (This is just a suggestion to be more careful, not to blame). 8/ The view next door is a dead project so the view is a bit bad. Compliments: - Atlantis restaurant & swimming pool staff are very enthusiastic. - 12 clean, beautiful swimming pools. There are chill chairs - beautiful view, - private beach with very clean sand. - The restaurant food is fresh and delicious (of course expensive; water & Pepsi 90k) but worth enjoying. - The staff take care of the plants in the resort very meticulously & cleanly. - The resort has many facilities for children to play. In general, I just wrote this as a comment, but the family trip to this resort is okay. Couples can also have a romantic meal on the beautiful beach at night.

The hotel has a long, clean and beautiful beach, friendly staff, very good quality and delicious breakfast. The hotel has many amenities, many swimming pools, children's play areas and other activities such as water bikes, kayaks, yoga, game clubs, cinemas... The hotel's service is very good and thoughtful, we held a wedding here, the price is much lower than other places, the service is very professional, Alma helped us have a beautiful wedding, a happy vacation. Highly recommend

Beautiful resort, delicious food, a bit expensive

Alma ok với không gian rộng, thoải mái các bé vui chơi với rất nhiều hoạt động trải nghiệm. Căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ ok, nếu gối nệm êm chút nữa là quá tuyệt vời. Nhưng đồ ăn khg tương xứng. Giá mắc nhưng ít. Ở 2 ngày nhưng buffet sáng 2 ngày y chang, khg thay đổi để phong phú hơn, nên đồ ăn mình chi đánh giá 3 sao. Còn lại mọi thứ rất tuyệt. Biển đẹp nhưng đi ngày ngay biển động. Nên chưa tắm được. Hơi nuối tiếc xí :)

Phòng đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhà hàng Atlantis đồ ăn rất ngon, mình rất thích món kem tuyết. Con mình rất thích chuyến trải nghiệm thú vị này.

The trip was great. The resort is located quite close to Cam Ranh airport, about 8km, you can travel by taxi for less than 200k. The rooms here are very spacious, 70 square meters is comfortable compared to the general level of neighboring resorts. There are many recreational activities here, such as archery, mini golf course, water park for children, ... It must be said that it is very spacious. Especially the sea in Cam Ranh right at the resort is very beautiful, the sea is clear and calm. The only thing I am still not satisfied with is that the breakfast buffet here is not diverse and has quite a few dishes, hopefully the resort will improve in the near future. I will come back here next time.

The hotel is very impressive and comfortable. The service is good, the scenery is so epic with the beautiful beach. That was a very great place for your holiday.

Beautiful resort, many facilities, delicious food, but the resort organizes day tours for outside guests. These guests are allowed to use all the resort's facilities creating a very sloppy space competing for use. Calling a car also takes a long time. Staff is enthusiastic but serving too many guests so it is not sophisticated. I won't come back here a second time

Alma is a great place to stay. We appreciate Alma's care and sophistication in design and maintenance to bring the most comfort and safety to users.

The resort claims to be 5 * but it is probably only 1-2 * according to international standards. Rooms, equipment, elevators are designed quite cheaply, the restaurant only sells set menus for at least 3 people??? (I went with 2 people, so the restaurant staff did not accept), the dinner buffet or the set menu of Alma Garden restaurant, I advise you not to buy (feels like the restaurant uses leftovers from the breakfast/lunch buffet to cook again), The rest of the beach restaurant is okay. Friendly, cute staff. In general, I feel that the resort was built just to make a profit, but not really interested in customer experience. I definitely won't come back here because it's not worth the money I spent.
