The room was okay, just a bit damp so the floor was always wet even though it had been mopped.

Rooms are okay, location is also okay, price is affordable.

The only hotel priced up to 500 that does not provide a set of toothbrush, tissue, shampoo when staying. Breakfast is per menu, the shower has small water, maybe it should be replaced.

Apart from the Wi-Fi not connecting, there was no signal in the room either.

The hotel is clean, located in the center of the Kuta Lombok beach crowd. Let's go on vacation to Lombok.

Ok for this price in Kuta Lombok

The staff is friendly, everyone is fast and gets to where they are. I want to stay here again next time, but the hallway to the room on the 3rd floor is dark and the bathroom smells damp, otherwise it's okay.

Overall good. Only the details are less noticed. For example, there is still dirty hair on the shower floor drain.

Very good location and nice pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast too. Overall the room was comfortable but the the bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a longer time. When we came back to the room, everything smelled like rotten eggs. Can still recommend the hotel for a shorter stay!
