the staff is friendly, the atmosphere outside the homestay is comfortable, the room is comfortable, there are towels, mineral water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, the AC and TV are okay, even if the AC is not turned on it doesn't feel hot, there is no soundproofing, access to the location is easy, but it seems that there are rarely any food sellers around there, access to ICE is just walking distance.

Bed sheet wasn't clean and smell not good, bathroom also has bad facilities. Toilet was dirty so many hair.

Guys who want to stay here make sure the water is on first, when I was staying the water came out really small. MashaAllah, even for ablution, you have to be patient, especially for bathing. Finally I took a shower using toilet spray 😭 I probably wanted to watch a concert without taking a shower first. The toilet spray also didn't turn on at first, when I turned it on the size control part, the water only came out when it was fully turned on, but it came out on its own, so all night long the water just came out, so if I didn't turn it fully, the water wouldn't come out.

Pros: staff are friendly. Available & save from weather parking, I can park my car in carport for 4 days. Spacious room area. There are 3 windows that can open to get air circulate in the morning. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. AC, water heater, wifi & TV working well. Slight cons: dusty bedroom floor, maybe they open the windows before my arrival to get air circulate, but forget to sweep the floor after.

Kamar hotelnya banyak nyamuk. WC di toilet belum bersih.

Overall semuanya bagus, water heater nyala, jendela ada gordyn, AC dingin, minus nya cuma beberapa, handuk ga ready (biasanya ada kayanya cuma lupa), sama sabunnya pliss digantii, baunya kaya bau udah kadaluwarsa euyy, semuanya bagus.

Ga jadi nginep n ga bisa dibatalin.
