Aircon not so cool, other is good for short stay.

the location is near food court and good price event a bit far from the airport but I love it . ..💜💜🥰

The location of this hotel is behind of Permy Mall. You can find many restaurant close to this hotel. For the condition of hotel is very good, comfy, clean.

Budget hotel for family especially for those travel to Sabah through Brunei border. Near with food court and store. So many car park available. Room smell good and clean. I love the high speed free wifi.

2Nd stay is away from 2nd hand smoke, but nearer to the ktv bar which always karaoke till midnight/after midnight if during weekends 😅 anyway, good stay and convenient if omit the noisy karaoke part.

Everything is good, except that my room is just beside the smoking area which gives me the headache. Everytime when someone is smoking the secondhand smoke will come into my room, and when they come back into the inn from the smoking area the whole common area + my room smelt cigars. 4 stars because of this: (.

Nice service, so big space and food court below very delicious.
