The building and location are nice. I think it needs soundproofing. Because the hotel is right next to the highway, there is no partition. Last night, I intended to sleep to refresh myself from the fatigue of Sidoarjo, but I couldn't sleep because the sound of motorbikes passing by was so loud.

The location is strategic, very close to places to eat, near Bukit Bintang and the Transport Museum. If you want to buy souvenirs, it is also very close.

Natural nuances in the middle of the city, it feels like being in nature, but you can still hear the noise of vehicles 😊😍

The staff is friendly, the service is fast when checking in. For a room that is quite small with a fairly expensive price, breakfast is delivered every morning but unfortunately my husband and I stayed there for 3 nights, the breakfast menu was the same every day, fried chicken, the vegetables were cold, please improve it again. Thank you

Have stayed at hotels many times. But Batu Alam Village is the most memorable. It really feels like being at one with nature. Really like the cool atmosphere. The bathroom is also very different from other hotels or villas

Access to the tourist spot is very easy, just walk to the Museum Angkut, Jatim Park. The downside is that it is too close to the highway, so it is quite crowded.

Hotel close to the main road, and easy access to tourist locations, souvenir centers and minimarkets. Very friendly service and fast response. The facilities are complete, only the TV is not functioning properly. It is very comfortable to stay here, only the sound of vehicles on the road can still be heard. The room was also very clean, I stayed two nights, on the second day I got the towels replaced.

Maybe it's very comfortable, there are no comments whatsoever and hopefully the future will always be smooth.

The location is in the middle of Batu City, the atmosphere feels like a village but in the middle of the city and the sound of vehicles can be heard. Not disturbed by the sound of vehicles. The bathroom feels like it is outside nature. And the location is very close to the transport museum. Overall it's really good.

Strategic location. Friendly staff. But the bed and bathroom are full of ants. Sleep is not peaceful because you can hear the sound of mice and geckos, and there really are geckos in the room. So you want to go home quickly.

Dirty and the 2nd day the room was not cleaned and there was no additional mineral water which should have been provided without request from the guest. I stayed 3 days 2 nights.
